End the Corruption!

It is time for Americans to end the corruption and wasteful spending that runs rampant in Washington once and for all. We were promised real change prior to the election, but that does not seem to be happening. If anyone out there believes that appointing people who fail to pay there taxes to high government offices is real change, I have a couple of bridges that I would like to sell you! It is just the "same old" except that it's dressed up in a new tux. Understand this:

No one is going to bring real change to Washington except the people of the Unites States of America.

Where's the Change?

Since inaguration day Congress has spent over 1 trillion of our tax dollars (including interest). Instead of the transparency that Obama promised, the stimulus was drawn up behind closed doors. The republicans were not allowed to attend most of these sessions!

Obama told us that there would be no pet projects, earmarks, or pork. Now we find out that he was not being upfront with us. Didn't he just promise us a few months ago that he would go through all the bills "line item by line item" prior to him signing in order to remove any pork?

Senator Chuck Schumer told reporters that the American people do not care if there are quirky pork items in the bill. Wow! What nerve!

During the campaign we were promised the opportunity to review all bills in congress before they were voted on. Unfortunately, that did not happen either. The American public was not allowed to see the completed stimulus bill until after it was voted on.

Members of Congress were given copies of the stimulus package just a few short hours before it was time to vote on it. As a result, not one member of Congress actually read the bill before they voted on it.

Can you feel the pain of it being rammed down your throat. If not, rest assured that your children and grandchildren will feel it for years to come.

How quickly Obama forgot all the promises that he made to the American people.

On and on, round and round it goes. Does this sound like the real change that Obama promised? Or does it seem just like....
